JC All it takes is a bit of organisation. Our local council didn't decide to send the gritters out until this morning when they found they couldn't get around because the snow was already too deep. Apart from that, some boots, shovels and willpower go a long way. It's only snow. If it's in your way it's easy stuff to move. I
JK2006 They really would urge the government to budget millions a year for something that happens once in 20 years if they could - because it's a good story.

I'm enjoying watching them try to howl headlines about "how could we let this happen?" when even those with only one brain cell (95%) realise it simply doesn't make sense to have local teams like Russia for once every century.
