JK2006 Yes I was sued for saying something similar Robbie. But they dropped the case.
robbiex Have they really been disqualified for plagirism? It does sound very like "There She Goes", slowed down to 33rpm.

I believe that the Pet Shop Boys were once accused of copying "Wild World" with "Its a Sin".
mikemacca already been disqualified for Plagiarism


Shame the same rule didn't apply last year when somebody copied Cat Stevens "Wild world"
