A 14 year old girl has been arrested in the USA for posting nude pics of herself on myspce. Granted if it was someone else doing it, especially against her will then it could be classed as abuse. But exactly who is the victim of this 'Crime'. Is it possible to abuse yourself. This is just another example of over zealousness for the sake of it.
