Foz My heart sinks when I have to go from T3 at heathrow. T5 however is pretty good - it cuts 15-20 mins off the journey and, because it's not at full capacity is less frantic than the rest of the airport. The rest of theairport should be bulldozed
JK2006 I was most impressed when I used it a couple of times last year; far far better than Heathrow.
In a survey published today by Which? it came second best to Blackpool.

And Heathrow was worst in Britain.
