JK2006 Why hasn't anyone name checked the magnificent Jenny Pitman as the FIRST woman trainer to win the National in 1983?
JC A friend of mine had £5 on the winner, but my horse disappeared down a black hole somewhere. I only heard it mentioned once, coming up on the far outside, but then nothing.

The only Nationa winner I ever had was Hallo Dandy at 14-1

Comply Or Die (would have been nice two in a row) and State Of Play (loved it)... but how fabulous to see a 100-1 winner.
