JK2006 I wouldn't write off Lithuania which is brave, funny, controversial, original and everything Eurovision ought to be about. And you can STILL get 100-1 on it in some places.
I actually think there are a DOZEN potential winners - which is 12 more than usual!
Generally, one awful entry wins by default.
Finland? Terrific but needs a better balance (slightly less lead vocal in the mix - it's actually a strong melodic chorus which doesn't come through with too much lead).
Romania? Everyone tells me the performance is far weaker than the song.
UK? I gather there are sound problems to be sorted with the girls.
Sweden? The best of the OLD STYLE ones.
Ireland? Not bad but the song is less good than reliable old Brian Kennedy.
Bosnia? Best of the local language entries.
Russia? Still my favourite and the best "trick" of the night.
Glen Yes, your 66/1 looking a very handsome price - as is my 50/1 on Finland - it's blowing the roof off. I hear it was even played on Radio 1 which is amazing for a Eurovision song.

How on earth did that dreadful Lithuanian song get to the final? Don't get turkey either - should have been Slovenia & Estonia.

Off to the Euroclub now - the partying never ends and the tank is close to empty!!!!
JK2006 and it was a fantastic semi final with loads of excellent songs entered this year and really imaginitive staging.
My fave (I got 66-1 two months ago) remains Russia but Daz is in with a chance and our team came across great (Joe was clearly terrified of the cameras and Daz is sadly addicted to them!).
Fingers crossed for Saturday.
