The film of the scumbag slapping that woman across the face is horrendous. This goes to the top...they should be booted out and a clean sweep should install some coppers with integrity. Remember..this would never have to come to light except for New York banker filming the incident. How low can these people go including the police media (propaganda) unit. They thought they had the deceased man's family well and truly stitched up with sympathetic noises. swines.
