JK2006 I heartily recommend two restaurants - La Reserve LouLou in Cagnes sur mer, next to Nice, is simple but excellent - I go there several times every summer, and the Palais d'Asie just further down the road; looks touristy but great Chinese/Thai food.
Blackit Gave it 5 stars Jonathan.

I'm heading to the south of France this summer. Can you reccomend any nice towns (i.e. beaches) other than Cannes I should visit?
giles2008 Could have been a bit of a poisoned chalice. whoever bought the rights to the movie would have had exclusive distribution and thereby the right to bury the film if they so desired. JK was right to turn it down.
robbiex Its alright for some living it up in Cannes, Did you see Spandau Ballet whilst you were there?

Maybe you should have taken the £100,000 for the film. If it was seen by millions rather than 1000's it might help bring publicity to your appeal.
