giles2008 Further research on the subject shows that the Whales were shot. This has caused a big stink in SA over the authorities decision to shoot the whales. I can only assume that it was the omly way. Wouldnt like to have to dispose of the bodies though, wonder where they will put them. Bit of a problem for the local council i would think.
giles2008 44 whales had to be humanely killed after beaching themselves in Cape Town. This link contains footage that may be upsetting to some.
