The telling/important part of this article is the last sentence which is a statement from the POLICE. The rest is just a good story.

We are not even allowed to have a JEST ( JOKE ) anymore if the POLICE dont agree.

This really is a POLICE STATE when we cant even make jokes without the POLICE intervening.
