giles2008 Rick Steins new show on BBC2 is a mouthwatering trip through Far Eastern nosh.
You should find loads more to enjoy there JK.
JK2006 is Tom Kha Gai; chicken in coconut cream soup with garlic and spices... but it's not generally known that I invented an ingredient to it 40 years ago by adding mushrooms.

I was just in a fabulous Thai restaurant which serves TKG, but with the wrong sort of mushrooms (the normal ones; I think they should be straw mushrooms).

Opinions?
