Innocent Accused Jennifer Day jailed for 2 years after making false allegations of rape.

To his credit he said jail wasn't necessary,but really wanted an apology.

Another step in the right direction,but he was lucky,obviously even the biased police quickly realised they'd made a mistake,but only after he was taken out of his work by the police.

Must police immediately arrest suspects? Purely on the word of another? Investigations should be made,and an arrest only after there are reasonable grounds.The British legal system is flawed,and while we can retain all those nice old trimmings of whigs etc what actually goes on needs looking at thoroughly.
