Innocent Accused Yes indeed Michael has a ear for publicity. However easy to do now his chances of high office faded with his last attempt to throw out the democratically elected leader of his own party.

Call me old fashioned, but I have much more respect for somebody who forms a genuine opinion, and sticks to it,not sways about in the political breeze looking for publicity.

Last time he was in government he felt the quickest way to the top was to champion the 'hard right' of British politics. When loosing his seat it was then touring Britain to show he could reinvent himself by cleaning hospitals etc.
After getting back he and Maude decided they wanted to be the bosses, and so tried to divide the party internally at a time when unity was a must.
JK2006 who I am respecting more and more as the years go by.
