Foz He's in an ITV thriller this Sunday night - can't remember the name
JK2006 A truly magnificent episode with Timothy Spall surpassing himself.
mickeyone I couldn't agree more - the whole series is a wonderful example of what television drama is all about.

In fact all three series have been masterful.
I think that Jimmy McGovern and Paul Abbott (Clocking Off, Shameless etc)are the two finest dramatists working in television today.

It seems criminal to me that there won't be another series of 'The Street', due to ITV production studios cutbacks. Surely someone should step into the breach as a matter of cultural importance.
JK2006 Tim Spall is one of my favourite actors (and we share the same doctor; I bumped into him there a few months ago).

He's just wonderful and this episode was incredible.

Probably the best of the year.

Just watch the Baftas.

Best actor by a mile.
