BR Outstanding post Emma. Totally agree. This country is losing its marbles. Crazy idea.
JK2006 And it's clueless Martin Narey who was in charge of prisons whilst I was in them and, who was, I thought, utterly useless.
Emma Bee Two kids in care admit to torture and sexual assault of two other kids. In response, someone in high position suggests that more children should be taken into care at birth to avoid this kind of thing happening again. So .. putting kids into care will stop them from behaving like other kids who are in care??

And how dare they suggest that parents are no good even before they've given the parents the chance to show otherwise? It's appalling that such a move can even be seriously suggested.
