robbiex I liked Ken, but not Bungling Boris. Ken brought in the congestion charge, a great idea to punish these polluting 4 x 4 drivers polluting the atmosphere and the travel zones that make rail travel so much simpler, not to mention the Oyster card.

All Boris has done is ban drinking on the tubes (Was there ever a problem with people drinking on the tubes?). Also there are never any staff on the tubes to enforce this law. He will go on and get credit for the cross-rail link that Ken initiated. Roll on the next mayor election.
veritas I'm with you on this one-London should always have a loopy Mayor and Boris fits the bill.

Ken Livingstone is in Sydney at the moment advising the dog collar wearing Lord Mayor Clover Moore (who wins on a 60% gay vote every year)about public transport.

Not even Ken could hope to solve that problem.
