BR The reason we get iller in winter is generally because of the lack of summer sunlight. Summer sunlight produces vitamin D and particularly D3 in our system naturally and provides us with immunity against viruses and diseases.

This is why SWINE FLU has gone down so much in the summer.

It is therefore simple to replicate the protection against FLUs without dangerous vaccines. This is what the "BIG PHARMA" dont want people to know.

Taking VITAMIN D or D3 ( at least 1000iu a day and up to 5000 iu ) replicates the summer sun.

It is easily available - most chemists have D3 capsules ( it is very similar to Cod Liver Oil ) and Boots have Vitamin D in their cheap 3 for 2 offer.

I have been taking 500iu a day and then from October 1st I am swapping to the 1000iu a day and then from December 2000iu a day. This is to copy the lack of sunlight.

There is not a massive risk from Swine Flu - so the vaccine is a higher risk. Therefore I have decided to take a natural response. I have not had flu ever - and remember Jan to Feb is when most people get flu - because of the dark days from mid December to end of Feb and lack of sunlight to create the essential Vitamin D and D3.

Finally if you want a conspiracy theory about this - the "chemtrail" theory says that the NWO are spraying the sky with chemicals - these create a film of clouds ( which I am sure you will have noticed in London - which has meant that sunlight this summer has not been as "pure"

For people with severe illnesses they probably will need the vaccine because of the risk factor. The vaccine is no use at all to anyone who is healthy. It is a higher risk than the very mild swine flu.

But who wants to get flu this winter !!!! I certainly dont - hence my diet and vitamins will reflect a defence position.

Eating green vegetables and Tomoatoes and foods high in anti Oxidants also boosts your immune system. Negative things which can compromise your health are alcohol - smoking - junk food - too much sugar - too much salt - too much sat fat - therefore it is just being sensible. Getting enough sleep as well is important for immunity.

Hope everyone stays very health this Winter - it is a more dangerous time because of this pandemic. So it is worth getting "healthier" than usual. Relying on a vaccine is a mugs game - it carries too many risks especially in the long term.
