New Labour basically have collapsed the countries economy by trying to bail out a banking system which had a debt 100 times higher than the country could afford to bail out.

Each bank is insolvent STILL.  They are living on borrowed time and could go under on any day.  The Government has underwritten them but in reality another chunk of bailout is impossible because they are now so broke they have to make 30% cuts.  Another bailout would make this 40%.....or even 50% because of interest payments.

If you have ever watched a programme on debt you will see once debt gets out of control a person who owes a few thousand can end up 10s of thousands in debt.

I Beg all of you in UK and USA to take steps to get in food and stuff now ready for this awful state of affairs.  At the moment it is 75% likely.  But with planning we can make our future comfy and not frightening - buy things now before the money runs out and put money into your essential needs.  Cut non essentials so that when the cuts come you are not caught out.

Do read the article carefully and digest its excellent conclusions.  It is the best article yet in the UK press about the problems we are facing.  By facing up to debt you get through it and start living again. So this is a positive thing for the UK and all of us to do.  Even rich people need to look at their priorities and make sure they have the essentials in case of shortages etc.  Rich people could get solar power panels etc. in order to continue to live well despite cuts !!![/quote]
