veritas and don't forget...he's denied the tabloids their right to wallow in the gutter with every sliver and tidbit of salacious detail. Outrageous. The man should have thought of the reptiles and their families.
BR What was particularly nasty about this "suicide" is that the Police passed the file to the Scottish CPS in 2007.

The man had been waiting nearly 2 years to find out what the result of the investigation actually was.

JK is right.

This man was actually hounded to his death without the chance to clear his name in any way.

This is a type of murder in my view. Regardless of whether he was guilty or not guilty - the Police actually hung him out to dry by their actions with the CPS.

A profile person is more likely to have pressure on themselves - therefore the Police knew what they were doing.

The Dean of Kings is a very responsible post - I have a close personal friend who held that post once - and know that particularly with the World music reputation that comes with the job there is already alot of pressure.

This is a horrible story and my thoughts go out to this poor man's family and friends. No one should be put in this position. This is not justice - it is murder.
JK2006 Guilty or innocent, many find this the only way out from the inevitable conviction.
