veritas I doubt it..the IOC is purely about making money and it's decision is based upon the best presentation it thinks will reach that aim.

I think it's a bonus not winning. In the end government's plough a few billion into what ends up as a vast wasteland and gets little back in return...as London will find out.
In The Know Despite Obama's direct appeal (and attendance) at the decision process, his town (Chicago) was first eliminated?
