JK2006 My brother points out that this dovetails nicely with Obama being just about to send another 40,000 trained killers into Afghanistan to slaughter a few more peace loving children.

Pete Clarke I find this a very strange decision. The guy's not even out of his first year in office, and has achieved nothing.

Also, isn't he planning on sending another 10,000 troops to Afghanistan?

How on earth does that qualify him for this award?
JK2006 I like the guy and feel optimistic but surely this is simply another Media prize - It's a great story.
