david oops, I should have written that the jury took just 1 hour 20 minutes to find him not guilty (not 4 months).
JK2006 I assume you mean 4 minutes that the jury took!
david In today's "PM" programme at 5pm.

A chap who was arrested and detained for 4 months, after which a jury took just 4 months to find him not guilty.

The experience has left him withdrawn- a changed man.

You'll be able to listen to the item later this evening on their Listen Again facility. The itemis about 20-25 minutes into the programme.
