Angel Had some earlier. Perfectly behaved children with some very funny jokes. I'm relieved they showed up. I don't have to eat all the treats myself and feel the shame tomorrow. I wish we could celebrate Halloween like the Americans do. Its a shame the whole event is tarnished by the idea that its a free for all for yob kids.
Emma Bee 7.45pm on Halloween night and the road has had no trick or treaters. We had none last year either. The media plays it up, even though it's not a British tradition - we mostly prefer Guy Fawkes Night. Just been for a walk around my block and there's not even a turnip lantern.
