Hamlet I thought it very silly indeed. 'Merlin' makes no attempt at all to properly reflect the Arthurian legends. It depicts late-medieval castles and regalia in what is supposed to be the 7th or 8th centuries. Also it throws in dragons, trolls etc rather than real historical events.
JK2006 Tremendous - funny yet adult; I nominate Merlin to beat X Factor and Simply as the best UK produced TV series.
