veritas be careful..I know someone who got knocked out by a mugger in New York and he woke up to find the fiend trying to dig out his gold fillings.
JK2006 So after lunch Tuesday I noticed my tooth seemed cracked; I booked a dentist appointment for Wednesday (private medicine!) - just as well; half the tooth fell out Weds morning.

He put a temporary crown on and asked me if I preferred a gold half cap (bling) or a porcelain full tooth (toilet)... on his advice I chose Gold so soon I'll be Spandau Ballet (fortunately it's a back tooth).
