Emma Bee Agree entirely, although by the long standing letter of traditional British Law IA has not been on trial yet and so is officially innocent. I know that doesn't work in practice, but I agree with the principle.
JK2006 Well I think we all agree with David here IA - we trust you are innocent as you say but we don't know the details and we only hear one side; so we advise you as if you were innocent, hope you are and wish you luck.

But there are guilty people and many can be glib and persuasive.

So David's slight caution is not only sensible but correct.
