This LICENSE SCHEME WILL RUIN SCHOOLS.  Remember Ian Huntley would have been licensed ( he had no convictions ) and the NURSERY PAEDO RING all had CRB checks already.

It is a waste of time and a total waste of money.

Parents are not2 going to spend &pound;65 in order to GIVE FREELY of their time.  It is a non started. Financially it is not going to work and schools will be left without any help and empty parents evenings and no tradesmen.

GORDON BROWN has come up with the most half baked idea since he abolished &quot;Boom and Bust&quot; - the man has really lost the plot.

Like ID CARDS - 42 DAYS - this must be stopped before our childrens' futures are damaged any more.
