I think that it is a shame that even in this day and age people have to live a double life and pretend to be someone that they're not. Top class sport still do not accept that their major stars are gay. Sol Campbell gets abuse from the crowd (even though he is not out as guy), Justin Fashanu ended up committing suicide after years of turmoil, and Graeme le Soux (who isn't even gay), used to get abuse just because he read the guardian and was not the usual neanderthal footballer.
