JK2006 Well I finally got around to The Lost Symbol - I have to say I think Dan Brown is the worst writer ever (makes Archer look literate) but he does manage to spin a yarn you simply cannot put down.

I remember my Mumbly having to search for the Da Vinci Code long before anyone had heard of it when I was locked up. She finally found it and sent it in for me (will go into why I wanted it elsewhere).

Also reread the novel I bought the film rights for in the 70s - The Vampire Of Mons by Desmond Stewart. Had to fly to Cairo to buy the rights from him. Pretty poor novel actually but would still make a superb movie. I never managed to raise the funding. 40 years ago nobody wanted to know about Vampires.
