Prunella Minge Yes, and she seems to have taken over the franchise without any real track record as a producer.
JK2006 I've revived this thread after last night's utterly ghastly Poirot - I really do think this woman should be given an award for destroying classics.
barnthebarn Brian Cox: Have just seen him in the film 'RED'. Somebody kills his dog, he is not a happy man. Liked it a lot.
JK2006 I'm not sure if she's to blame but someone has ruined the Poirot and Marple franchises.

The new series are so awful, badly written, directed and acted (Alexei Sayle and Sean Hughes both quite dreadful in the Marple - even Brian Cox, one of my favourite British actors, was bad)... it is as though someone has deliberately sabotaged them.

Where is Agatha when you need her?
