BR No problem with the idea of renewables. It is the Global Warming mafia who are wrong.

The reality is that the climate warms and cools due to forces outside our control - namely ocean currents and sunspots and even position in the Universe.

CO2 is unlikely to be such a driving force - otherwise evidence for this would have presented itself many many years ago. After all the industrial revolution took place in the 18th century .
Emma Bee We need to cut down on wasting all resources, as none are in endless supply and once they are gone they are gone.

It's plain common sense.

Global warming is an entirely different issue.
david the number of people who have leapt on the current cold snap as being prof that there is no Global Warming is alarming.

Australia had its hottest ever January night the other day.

so, freezing in one part of the globe and boiling at the opposite end... it proves nothing either way.

My view is that it cannot hurt to cut down on fossil fuel usage anyway. Wea are slowly murdering our planet.
