veritas	even Private Eye has now picked up the story of the great Airport Scanner scam which couldn;t pick up explosives of the kind that was prevented (allowed ?) the other day. Manchester Airport has one but doesn't use it because of the glitches. But Bush crony Michael Chertoff owns part of the firm now flogging them to all sirports...how convenient a known Al Qaeda sympathiser was allowed to get onto a plane !
