BR	Another day and another arrest..... Daily "arrest" of significant people as election looms - this is only the tip of the arrest iceberg as the POLICE are sent to addresses of anyone with any profile who has links or backs the TORY party. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1249296...-attack-cleaner.html The peak for this will be APRIL.
Angel	Life isn't fair sometimes BR and sadly, no amount of bleatig in capitals is going to make a bit of difference.
BR	I agree he should pay it back and not be charged. Jax Smith did far worse and she is still swanning around. This is a whitewash of the expenses scandal and these 4 people have been hung out to dry.
The Cat	Lord Hanningfield, 69, has been charged with six crimes. The charges allege that between March 2006 and May 2009, the peer dishonestly submitted claims for expenses to which he knew he was not entitled. He regularly claimed overnight expenses for staying in London on House of Lords business but it is alleged that he would actually drive the 46 miles to his home near Chelmsford. www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article7016345.ece Not quite what you suggest, BR. But at 69 he could be assumed to be a forgetful old so-n-so and, so long as he pays the money back and resigns his post, I don't think criminal charges are a justified use of tax payers money.
BR	Lord Hanningfield is a thorn in the side of New Labour - he stands up for the rural affairs. Despite Jax Smith ILLEGALLY FLIPPING her house - the CPS has charged this TORY for OVERNIGHT STAYS in London because he was not in the location where he had claimed for !!!!!!! As a SOP to the public a couple of small fry ex Labour MPs have been charged as well, This is a DIRECT ATTACK ON THE FRONT BENCH of the TORIES. The CPS now shows itself as the LEGAL ARM OF NEW LABOUR< Totally shocking.
