DJones The hype about the sale of Abbey Road is getting silly:

Chris Evans is playing today only records recorded at Abbey Road ... like "Band On The Run"!
DR2 I heard on the news this morning that EMI are in such dire financial straits, that they are thinking the unthinkable. To sell their iconic Abbey Road Studios in order to make ends meet. If Abbey Road goes, I fear that EMI may follow soon after.
