As the resident "Christian" on the Forum please let me remind you that today is Ash Wednesday. The first day of Lent. A time for reflection.
I want to recommend an album to you all. Though most of you work in rock and pop ( like I do ) this album is a superb way to unwind when stressed and has some of the most lovely choral music ever written on it.
It includes the ALLEGRI Misere and BYRDS Agnus Dei : both of which will be sung in Abbeys and Cathedrals across the land today ( At 4p.m Liverpool Met Cathedral's Ash Wednesday Service is on BBC Radio 3 )

An hour of peaceful choral classics. I often find that lighting a few candles and getting a glass of quality wine and sitting down makes the hour a wonderfully peaceful experience when you can close you eyes and meditate on friends and family - past and present - and perhaps even "touch God"......
