veritas Only you could get away with giving yourself such an excellent review but it''s spot on !
JK2006 Thank you Veritas - I have to say I believe Vile Pervert is one of the most significant movies in ages - not just because of the content but because of the way it was made, distributed and seen.

And the near universal lack of attention by the mainstream media is also highly significant. The sub text is fascinating.
veritas I'm sure they all deserved to win but what a dreary Oscar's night !

Vile Pervert may have livened it up
JK2006 I'm glad I bought the DVD of The Hurt Locker which will be a nice summer holiday view.

Sad Carey didn't win for playing Lynn.

Interesting that a film that has had fewer viewers than Vile Pervert; The Musical so far - so I'm told by a Hollywood e-mailer - can win the Oscar.
