Angel Talent doesn't come into it. They need someone who appeals to the millions of dim wits who spend their dole money on phone votes.
Emma Bee I'd love to see someone like Shirley Bassey or Tina Turner, with their wealth of experience, but I suppose TV bosses think there should be someone more youthful.

If they have to give Cheryl Cole more money then she obviously doesn't have her heart in the show.
Pumpkinhead Why are they giving Cheryl Cole a pay rise to keep her on X-Factor? Can't they get anyone with more talent and personality? She's kinda blank. The Pros on this board must have some better ideas.
