In The Know Why should any of this be a surprise ?

If you buy cheap tack rubbish ... it will probably contain cheap tack rubbish !
JC Thankfully I never actually buy fast food chicken. I only buy locally farmed whole chickens and roast them myself. Much nicer.

McDonalds - KFC - Pret a Manger - Subway -

Looks as if a NEW FOOD SCANDAL is about to break.

We all thought we were buying UK Chicken ( The adverts about McD's sourcing from the UK Farms have been running for years ) yet in reality these only apply to the BEEF products whereas the CHICKEN is sourced abroad from really poor conditions ( even worse than UK Chicken farms that HUGH F-W complained about )

TIME FOR THESE COMPANIES TO BUY UK PRODUCT.

As a very occasional buyer of the "Chicken legend" until McDs buy from the UK I am not eating the LEGEND in protest. I never use KFC or Pret since the 80s because their food is so appalling. It is usually preferable to go to Halal Chicken Fast Food shops in London because most of these are locally sourced.
