Bloated is the word.

We need to see a 50% cut in Non Frontline policing now the PAPERWORK has been got rid of by the COALITION.

We need to see a PAY FREEZE FOR 3 YEARS MINIMUM

We need to see a BAN ON OVERTIME by the POLICE and let them do the extra ( like TEACHERS ) voluntarily - and give them an EXTRA WEEK of STATUTORY HOLIDAY in recompense.

Time for the POLICE to be like TEACHERs and WORK HARD.
