veritas what I find bizarre is that so-called "victim's advocates" constantly complain that conviction rates are low as though a 'not guilty' verdict is somehow a terrible mistake.

society has regressed backwards to where village gossip condemned an old lady as a witch because she had a cat...but the 'meejah' is now the back fence gossiper spreading lies.

and as in Salem where assetts where seized..t's all about profit.
BR It is rare for a real victim of rape or abuse to go to the Police. This is because they are so traumatised by the experience they are unable to do so.

Sadly I have met genuine victims - and almost all of them have been damaged by being abused or raped.

You do not get "bright and bubbly" victims. Real victims dont stand there shouting the "odds" like this very sad individual is doing. She really is unpleasant and probably mentally ill and in the need of help - delusional is the word rather than evil.

It is time for all cases of rape and sexual abuse to be reviewed. Where there is not SOLID evidence of a crime then those convictions should be overturned.

In addition anyone who makes an ALLEGATION which does not get proved should not be allowed to make a second. I realise this would be controversial - but why should anyone listen a second time.

The law must be that accusers and accused have the same rights - to be ANON or NOT ANON. Both deserve equal treatment under the law.
