steveimp Yep, a finale that made sense without the bluster of the RTD years, which to be fair were entertaining.
BR Pleased you enjoyed it. Was fab TV.
JK2006 Couldn't watch it when it originally aired - out of the country; iPlayer won't work - so just caught it on BBC3 and thought it was bloody marvellous, as kindly reviewed here by BR.

Terrific, intelligent, well made television.
