Angel In our home we call your recipe "Same day bread" BR. It is delightful but most useful as a door stop the following day.
BR www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/food/article-...ust-tip-iceberg.html

Waitrose sell 1.5KG of ORGANIC STRONG WHOLEMEAL BREAD FLOUR for just £1.30 which gives you 3 loaves. Just buy some YEAST which is usually next to it ( Little Orange packet ) and add water a tsp of salt and sugar. Then you have a superb loaf with no chemical additives. There is a recipe on the YEAST packet that shows how easy it is. Dont forget to get a Loaf tin either. They are usually about £3 from most cookshops for 1lb loaves.

The fibre content of such a loaf is around 9g per 100g. There are no chemicals in it. It tastes so much better and is so much better for you.

White mass produced bread is now so awful I cant believe anyone eats it.
