Because the Jews are already annexing part of Jerusalem (ie East Jerusalem) to build more terrorist camps / settlements (as well as encroaching into the West Bank). The "deal" they would prefer is this - we'll give you back half of your land (the bits we don't want - for now - obviously) and you will be grateful ? Reasonable ? Oh ... btw ... we won't even talk to the democratically elected representatives of HALF the Palestinians, so they had better just go along with whatever we decide.
