Good to see that the NHS has caught up with the great VIT D deficiency in the UK leading to many people have problems.

1000iu is essential for everyone and more if you take certain drugs or dont get much sunshine. SOLGAR is by far the best on sale generally in the UK in VIT D3 form.

It is impossible to get through food alone. And it is essential.
