Why do the police need to look at the father's computer when investigating the disappearance of his son?
Sounds like a fishing expedition to me.
As they will find something "odd" on almost any computer then they are onto a winner - and will always get a conviction ?

It may be of consequence that the Bohlings live in a very exclusive suburb West of Hull comparable with the best parts of Surrey or Cheshire, about 200 yards from "Mr Meadowhall" Eddie Healey www.halifaxcourier.co.uk/58/Mr-Meadowhall.216823.jp
Not that I am in any way suggesting that the police would be motivated by envy as well as retribution!
I think him publicly criticising the POLICE really made them angry. So no wonder they charged him.
It is interesting that they spent more time and effort on getting a conviction than trying to find his missing son.
At least the Judge had sense to give a community order. Unless someone is distributing porn then a prison sentence is not needed. The UK needs to save money and we should only be jailing violent offenders for public protection. It is time for all fraudsters - porn viewers and drug takes and mentally ill people - to be given community orders rather than making the public pay.
It does seem that THE SUN possibly "groomed" generations with its young Page 3 girls and this is now resulting in many middle aged and older men having need of a daily dose of this rubbish. When will MURDOCH be jailed for this ? I would suggest that LAWYERS could use the "MURDOCH DEFENCE" for their clients if they used to read the SUN in their youth and it would be interesting to see whether this would lead to MURDOCH being put on trial.
