BR	The VICAR killing almost certainly was invented after the murder and the initial trial...and the guy was aquitted a few weeks ago. Not sure about Oz of course. Evidence in a sex case = allegation now. The law does not need forensics or eye witnesses. In fact a group of people can get together ( called Trawling in the old days ) make up a story and all agree the story and then that counts as evidence even if there is nothing else and sometimes even if the accused can prove they were in another country or place at the time !!
