BR Worth a lawyer's phone call ! A million would always come in handy I am sure.

Could bring down the Government.
veritas I said it on another website- I have worked with newspapers for a number of years now and contributed to numerous publications.

Photographers regularly photo-shop their own pictures ( especially at News Corp)without informing anyone. Often it's just to clean up a bad shot but they can easily delete a person or do otherwise.

Here is a perfect example of a photo-shopped News Ltd picture :

I would say that every day all newspapers carry doctored photos. Even before computers they used to improve snaps for publication.

The JK pic in the park is a really bad case of photo-shopping...the heads are all out of proportion as are the distances between people-but when the pic reaches newsprint the flaws diminish and the general public rarely pick up on them.

Could JK sue?..probably but would it be worth it ?. I don't think so. Unless he wants the publicity. On the downside journos (as JK would know) are as bitchy as a bunch of chav schoolgirls and hold grudges.

also check out the blog-photoshop disasters and see just how many false pics are used in everything.
Toby A friend who worked there says it was common knowledge that the photo of you as a "Pervert in the Park" was doctored - and that with the terror at NI at present, if a journo came forward to confirm on oath that then Editor Coulson was aware of this, the Murdochs would pay you a million not to sue.
