Prunella Minge Just a pity it's the Indie doing it. It's like asking Henry James to try his hand at a graphic novel.
JK2006 I came up with a concept - The Penny Daily.
It was a small (4 broadsheet) paper with essential news and information in it - at 1p.
I thought people would buy it as well as their normal dailies, read it, fold it up and keep it in their pocket for stuff such as TV schedules, racing times and so on.
It got to the stage of dummies being made (I still have some) and Victor Matthews (then boss of Express group) seriously considering it.
But it never happened for financial reasons (income was one half page advert a day).

So good luck to i!
