This means the information is serious because they are trying to stop the press from publishing some or all of it. Good for the GUARDIAN to reveal that a D NOTICE has been issued.

This is how the "state" tries to keep its dirty secrets secret and shame on CAMERON for doing this.

As they say "If they have nothing to fear they have nothing to hide" - funny how the Government seems to have loads to hide and this WIKILEAK looks as if it will be a real revelation about what is really being said by the USA and how they bully the rest of the World.

Will it start a World War of Words ? probably.
