I'd like some advice/help please about some traveling I need to do.

Need to fly to Dubai asap for business, traveling from South Kent to Heathrow. This can be a flexible date of departure, but the sooner the better. It involves 2 tickets, and if it goes wrong I'll loose £800!

Sunday suits best, but would mean getting there for 8am.Will the roads be ok to travel? I've heard the M25 is in a mess.

Ideas please.

I'd train it myself, get to St Pancras if you around Rochester area and take the Piccadilly to Heathrow.
